Help Shape the Future of Rugby Town Centre
Every Voice Matters
TSOS Unity Hub has been commissioned by Rugby Borough Council to act as an independent and impartial project team to engage with town centre businesses and stakeholders across Rugby.
Following the closure of Rugby BID, this project has been created to better understand the challenges, opportunities and priorities facing businesses in Rugby Town and to help shape how the town centre is managed and supported going forward.
Our role is to provide a neutral space where businesses can share honest feedback, raise concerns and discuss realistic solutions that will support positive change.
What Is This Project About?
We are engaging with local businesses to understand:
- The biggest challenges currently affecting Rugby Town Centre
- Opportunities for improvement and regeneration
- How businesses, stakeholders, TSOS Unity Hub and the Council can work together effectively
- What future town centre management could look like
- Practical and achievable actions that can improve the town centre for everyone
This project is focused on constructive and positive conversations to identify and implement real solutions that support local businesses and the wider community.
How Can You Get Involved?
We want to involve as many businesses as possible across the town centre to ensure that we capture a wide and diverse range of opinions.
There are several stages to the project and ways to take part:
- Complete Rugby Town Centre Business Pulse Survey
A short survey to capture statistics on what businesses feel are the key issues and immediate concerns they face following the closure of Rugby BID.
- Register to attend a Rugby Town Centre Partnership Workshop
These workshops are focused on positive discussions, solutions and working collaboratively to identify and implement solutions to shape the future of the town.
- Complete the Rugby Town Centre Solutions & Improvement Survey
A short survey focusing on practical improvements, solutions and future delivery.

Your Information & Data Protection
Any information you provide will be collected by TSOS Unity Hub solely for the purpose of delivering this Town Centre Engagement Project on behalf of Rugby Borough Council.
Relevant information and feedback collected as part of this project will be shared with Rugby Borough Council to support reporting, analysis and future decision-making regarding the town centre.
Your information will not be used for unrelated marketing or other activities outside of this commission and will be handled in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation.
